The Sept Mai

The breathtaking design of The Sept Mai immediately catches the eye.

Without over-played minimalism, The Sept Mai combines a smart, streamlined design with a slender look. It's a bold mix of classic design codes and subtle contemporary influences.

Beyond trends, far from fast-fashion, the unique aesthetic of The Sept Mai takes roots in the post-Bauhaus era, in the Streamline Moderne current, and concedes some retro-futuristic notes.

Berlin Edition

The German city has always held a special place in my mind.

From my first professional trip in February 2000 during the "Berlinale" film festival, until my last pleasure trip in February 2019.

20 years of intrigue for this so special capital, gone through a phenomenal reconstruction, always in reinvention, always hot, and in a few years, become the cradle of tech start-ups, artists of all kinds, young globetrotters in search of meetings.

I imagined this edition as much as a tribute to my 20 years of history with Berlin - the end of a cycle - as for the desire to write a new one. One evening of a wet winter walk, on Potsdamer Platz, at the bottom of the DB tower, this combination of color and its reflections of light in the humidity of the ground seemed so electric to me, so representative of the district, of the energy of this city, that something had to be done with it.
